Just purchased Re, works great, taught it many devices here in Bkk Thailand, however,
this Ceiling fan with lights, have one in each of the two rooms, has a grey remote with a blue light that
goes on when I push any of the buttons for lights or fan speed.
The Re does not seem to be able to learn any of these functions, could this be a non IR remote?
Nobody at the store where I bought the fans speak good English and do not know about the IR?
Can someone help?
All other devices work except for the Trane air conditioners have a bit of problem connecting.Have not studied how to setup
of activities or templates yet.
