I am having trouble getting the remote to recognize my Satelitte box. Any ideas? I have used all the options for the Directtv devices but have had no luck. Should I contact support or what?

Make sure that your DirecTV box is set to operate with IR. Once that is set, DirecTV, Satellite PVR, Code 1377 should work for the default address (0 or 1). Contact support@newkinetix.com if that doesn't solve your problem.

I had the same issue until I realized that I had set my Directv to RFEmbarassed
