There are several people using the Re with X10 light controls and Air Conditioners. I would also be interested in other applications of the Re to non-standard devices.

Blue Point Engineering has come up with a 14 Channel I/O interface that can control R/C Servomotors, Lighting Modules, DC/AC remote Relays, DC Motors, LED's, AC Powered Devices, DC power switching and several other connected devices through a special I/O board and the Re IR Remote Control for both the iPhone and iPad. This new interface board might be great for animatronic and robotic applications, where the use can control non standard devices.
