Associate Macro with an Activity Button?

I have two activity buttons, watch TV and watch DVD. To switch between them with my actual remote I would need to press input and then the correct HDMI input. I have created two macros one each located on the remotes that are selected when you press the activity buttons. That means to change from TV to DVD I press the Watch DVD activity button then press the macro button that changes the input.
Can I associate the macros with the activity button? That way when I press Watch DVD, the input would be automatically changed.

We don't currently have this feature in the app. I'll discuss the feasibility with the design team.
