I open the Iphone 4 with the latest updates and no settings in the Re,
so I search for my email backup with all settings on my mac,
finally find it and forward to my email and try and open in mail in the iphone 4 as
was suggested.
In most of the apps on the iphone all settings is not a url type to click on,
so it won't open.,
on the Macmini in Google chrome the back up shows all the settings in a huge email.
I have written support yesterday and today I guess they are busy,
??
i was hoping to find the answer in the forum, so far no luck,
I do not have the strength to relearn all my devices, can someone help in telling me why
i lost all my settings and two how to get the All settings on the email gmail in the iphone to open?
it worked once before and opened but now does not, what is wrong here?

hi thanks for the reply,
i am in Thailand so the hours are upside down,
the fact is I lost my settings some how and did not try and restore iphone 4 to previous
os, feeling that first i should try and delete the app and reinstall, that did not help,
then i kept searching for the emails with the saved all settings and found them in my mac mini google chrome archive, the only way to get it into the iphone to try and open is to forward it,
and as you said the item all settings or bed room or living room settings do not open up, in the past it did.
Now i have forwarded them to support as requested in the meantime i have setup the Samsung TV that is easy, but the cable box and all other devices need to be copied every key
That is a big job, i copied and pasted and emailed those two already,
