I have setup a list with favorites.
When i select a channel, for example 1020, it does take a complete different number on my satellite prv.
I have a rebox hd8000 pvr. I did learn all the codes from the remote as it is not listed. When i do test the remote it does work fine.

Hi,
I had the exact same problem with mine. Used the original remote to learn the Re, only to realize it sent the wrong signals to my HD PVR box. I then used my other universal remote (Logitech Harmony) to learn the Re the exact same commands…and then it worked like a dream. My guess was that the original remote was low on battery, and my Harmony was not… Laugh

I do have an harmony one, it is worth a try, though all the buttons i did configure by learning do work, except the channel numbers in the favorites

Hmm…strange. Does your cabel box go to the wrong channel if you send commands from devices on your Re, and not use favorites? Logic tells me that both way should give you the same results. I used my Harmony to learn the Re Remote all channel numbers, number by numer, and configuring favorites after that process went like a dream. Should do so for you as well…if not I guess tech support should look into your case :-) Good luck…hope you are getting this amazing thing to work.

PS..another thing you might try is to configure macros with delay. I was just thinking that your cable box might receive the multiple numbers to fast to understand…??

Good discussion. This sounds like a case where the Re is sending the channel numbers from the favorites too quickly. You can change the Inter-Key Delay in the device setup screen Rooms>Devices>Device Name>Inter-Key Delay. Change the Inter-Key Delay setting to 200ms or 500ms and see if that corrects the problem.
