Does anyone else have this problem? I recently tried to use my Re after an extended vacation from it ane when I plug it into my Iphone 4, it say that this accessory is not optimized for the iPhone. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please help!!!

Possible causes of this message are:
1) interference with the connector from a thick case, (check by removing the case).
2) a connector contact problem with the Re or the Apple device, (check by inserting the Re in a different iPad, iPhone or touch.
3) an iOS error, (test by resetting the iPhone)
If non of those corrections fix the problem, contact NewKinetix Support.
