We accidently deleted the version of Re on our 2G iPhone.
I had bumped a copy to my 3G iPhone so I had a backup.
I restored from the 3G iPhone, but now when I try to scroll left or right on the activity pages (also the device pages) I see what looks to be a blank page between the pages. Typically I will end up 2 or 3 activities away from the next activity.
It did not operate like this before restoring.
I tired reordering the activities it seemed to move the problem a round. I also tried to edit the activity pages to be sure the buttons were not too far to the right causing a blank page.
Activities on the 3G iPhone operate normally.
I do not have a sim card in my 2G iPhone and I have no other apps loaded.
How do I fix?

Hi
I believe that you are experiencing an issue with the V3.0 App running on the iOS 3.1.3 release. We are currently researching this problem, but have verified that side scrolling to select a remote behaves as you describe. We will correct the problem in the next release.
Meanwhile, if you can upgrade your 2G phone to a iOS 4.0+ release that would fix the problem, but I believe that 3.1.3 may be the max version.
You can select the remotes by the following method to avoid the scrolling issue:
Double tap the Remote Name field above the remote buttons. A select wheel will appear. Select the remote you want and double tap to close the wheel.

Any news on fixing this one? I have a 1st generation iPod running iOS 3.1.3, and there is no way to upgrade to 4.0 or higher. For months, using the remote has been very frustrating. Not something I would have paid for if I would have known :(

We have fixed this problem in the upcoming release. We expect to submit the release to the App store in in the next week or two.

We have been away for the summer.
Happy to see the fix is on the way.
Any way to get a per-release, if the release is delayed?

Hi,
Yes, we can get you a beta test release. Please send an email to support@newkinetix.com and I'll reply with requirements and instructions.
