*****New in Version 3.1*****
To give your remotes a personal look, you can create your own set of buttons to customize your remotes.
Creating a Custom Button
Use your own graphics tool to design new buttons or a set of buttons. Buttons are best created and saved to the Photos app as .png images. This allows you to create buttons with a transparent background. Buttons should be created as a square image 112 by 112 pixels at 326 dpi for maximum resolution. If your actual button image is not square, fill the square area with a transparent background.
Adding a Custom Button to the Button Image List
1. Tap the Settings Tab
2. Select Buttons to display the Buttons image list
3. Tap Edit
4. Tap Photos to view the images saved in the Photos app
5. Select the button image
6. Enter a Button Name.
a. Give your button a new name to add the image to the list
b. Give your button the same name as a current button to replace that button image in all of your current remotes. If you Edit and delete that button from the image list, the original “standard” button image for that name will be displayed.
7. Press Done and Settings to return to the Settings view
Your new button images are now available to select when customizing a remote view.
