What is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for 1 (one) year from date of purchase.
What is Not Covered
The warranty will not cover product failure because of any defect or malfunction that is caused as a result of misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, or use with improper or faulty equipment. It doesn’t cover damage as a result of any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly. It doesn’t cover incidental damages. NewKinetix does not warranty or provide service or support for any of the third party products, including, but not limited to iPhones or iPods.
What NewKinetix Will Do
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option. Products returned within the first 30 days of purchase, will be replaced with a new replacement unit. Replacement units that are sent for products that are returned to NewKinetix more than 30 days after date of purchase may be refurbished units of similar cosmetic wear. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer or for any additional period of time that may be applicable in your jurisdiction.

To get your product serviced under warranty, contact NewKinetix at support@newkinetix.com, or call (503) 828-9407. NewKinetix will provide an RMA number and detailed instructions for returning the unit.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in the first 30 days of ownership, please follow the simple steps below to get a replacement or refund:
Steps to follow for returning a product:
- Request a RMA number from us within 30 days of receipt of the product. e-mail at: support@newkinetix.com or call (503) 828-9407 8am-5pm Pacific Time.
- Carefully re-package the product in its original retail package with all supporting materials, including your invoice or bill-of-sale and then place that package in a shipping box (we recommend the USPS small priority mail small box with adequate padding and please request delivery confirmation).
- Include the RMA # clearly written on the outside of the package.
